Dashboard in a Day - the next edition of Power BI workshops is over
On June 18, 2019, the “Dashboard in a Day” workshop took place, which we organized together with our partner, Microsoft. As in previous editions, this one was very popular among many companies' representatives. The event was attended by a dozen or so people who spent the whole day exploring the secrets of data analysis. Such great interest in Power BI and the opportunities offered by business intelligence makes us very optimistic and allows us to look calmly into the future of the development of Polish companies.
Power BI - a modern system for data analysis
The DIAD workshops also had a typically practical character this time. The experience we gained in previous editions of the event confirmed that working on own data is the best way to understand the possibilities offered by Power BI. Each of the participants carried out an analysis according to individual needs and in relation to the sector in which they work on a daily basis. Such a solution makes the participants aware of how many areas of the company's operations data analysis is applied.
Our experienced consultants have ensured that the entire process of learning how to use Power BI ran smoothly, according to the capabilities of the whole group. Participants learned how to import and aggregate data correctly. They also defined business rules and KPIs. They also created interactive reports and navigation desktops and shared their analyses with other members of their teams.
- Previous editions of free “Dashboard in a Day” workshops were very popular. Positive opinions that we heard during the workshops and afterwards encouraged us to continue them. I hope that the initiative taken by EBIS in cooperation with our partner, Microsoft, will increase the awareness of business representatives about the possibility of correct data analysis using modern business intelligence tools.
