How it works

Take advantage of the know-how and expertise of our Power BI consultants, who have been working with Microsoft BI for years.
Cooperation takes place in flexible hourly blocks – without unnecessary formalities and lengthy implementation processes.
We start by talking about your company, your data, and your goals.
During 1–2 meetings, we analyze:
- what data you currently collect and in which systems,
- what reports you create and what problems you face,
- what decisions would you like to make based on the data,
- how ready you are to work with BI and AI tools.
The result? A clear plan for developing competencies and a direction for action.
Based on the findings, we create the first BI reports – always based on your company’s data.
These are not ready-made templates – we work together with your team, showing you:
- how to combine data sources,
- how to build a data model,
- how to design reports that truly answer business questions.
Once the reports have been created, we teach your team how to use them in practice – how to analyze results, interpret data, and draw conclusions.
Next, we move on to specialized training courses, where we show you how to:
